CANCELLATION POLICY
✨At StoryBook Esthetics, your time and trust mean the world to us. We want every visit to feel smooth, stress-free, and special—for you and for all of our clients. To help us do that, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation guidelines below: 1. Appointment Cancellations • Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will have a $25 fee. 2. No-Shows • If you miss your appointment without notice, 50% of the service will be charged. 3. Late Arrivals • If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule so we can stay on time for everyone. 4. Deposits • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. This goes toward your service total. 5. Life Happens—Emergencies • We completely understand that unexpected things come up. If something urgent happens, just reach out—we’ll do our best to work with you. 6. How to Reach Us • To cancel or reschedule, please text or call us.
